Private Equity Scout Program
Patina helped find potential acquisition deals on behalf of its private equity client by sending out a notice to the thousands of executives who make up the Patina Nation, our portfolio of Patina Professionals. We identified proprietary deals to introduce to the private equity firm, which was looking for industrial distribution companies. Over 15 leads were generated for follow up by Patina and the PE firm.
Patina worked with a private equity firm to help one of its portfolio companies integrate a large and complex acquisition. We provided a Patina Professional who had been through many acquisitions in the past as both a CEO and COO. This professional worked full time for four months as the main integration executive. The client firm appreciated the hands-on style and schedule flexibility of our Patina Operating Executive.
