Jennifer Christensen Joins Patina Solutions' Board of Directors

Jennifer Christensen has joined Patina Solutions' Board of Directors.

Christensen is founder of JWC Partners. Her focus is on the recruitment of board directors and senior executives for consumer goods, industrial products, financial services and professional services companies. Christensen also consults her clients on leadership succession and boardroom issues.

Christensen spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company where she held several roles, including leading worldwide programs and serving as global Director of Alumni Relations. Additionally, she advised McKinsey clients on corporate strategy, operational improvement, organizational design and marketing effectiveness in Europe and the U.S., where she also led recruiting efforts for the firm.
Earlier in her career, Christensen served as Vice President - Marketing and Sales for Creativity for Kids, an educational toy company; P&L Business Unit Manager at Progressive Insurance; and Manufacturing Manager in the soap division for Procter and Gamble.
Christensen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
