Patina’s Leadership & Organizational Development Practice Wins Prestigious Leadership 500 Award

The Engaging Leader Series is recognized by Leadership Excellence magazine
as one of the top five leadership development programs in the U.S.
Patina Solutions, a firm that provides proven, accomplished executives and managers with 25+ years of experience for key projects, engagements and initiatives, has been named a Leadership 500 Award winner by Leadership Excellence magazine for its Engaging Leader Series.
The Engaging Leader Series is an applied learning development program which systematically helps leaders build competency in engaging others as well as play a powerful role in influencing employee commitment, satisfaction and high achievement. What makes the program so unique is the capstone project, which allows participants to actively practice the tools and methods of the program while accomplishing real and meaningful work. The capstone also significantly helps with determining ROI for the program.
Through the Leadership 500 Award, Patina’s Engaging Leader Series is being recognized this year as one of the top (placed fifth out of 100) leadership development programs in the U.S. The HR.com organization solicited feedback from select past participants of the program, and their highly positive evaluations earned Patina this honor.
Participants of the Engaging Leader Series have come from organizations in the healthcare, manufacturing, education, consumer products and government sectors.
The Engaging Leader Series is offered through Patina’s Leadership & Organizational Development (L & OD) practice, which provides services such as succession planning, executive coaching, 360˚ feedback, meeting design and facilitation, external mentoring, change management and courses such as Leading Change and Internal Consulting for Results. The practice helps companies achieve their objectives in all areas of leadership and organizational development and is led by Drew Howick and Jeff Hanan.
