A growing healthcare retreat center, one dedicated to addiction recovery, was in need of expertise to prepare for a critical Joint Commission Survey. Financial stability, government reimbursement, and the organization’s survival were at stake.
The VP of Quality needed an assessment of provider operations, as well as a strategy to enhance performance for the upcoming Joint Commission Survey. He needed additional expertise and project management.
