The healthcare industry is going through dramatic changes and with that comes organizational challenges with high growth and transition. While the hospital had development programs in place with internal mentors and coaches, the facility saw value in having access to external leaders. They looked to Patina for access to outside senior experts with experience targeted for each new leader.
The hospital launched a three-month pilot program using Patina’s Coaches and Mentors for five of its newest female leaders. The pilot program was designed to provide access to other accomplished women in healthcare to help them face the challenges of a dynamic hospital environment. Participants were able to choose their mentors and coaches to best fit their needs. The program set up bi-weekly sessions to keep the participants focused and progressing on their individual goals.
