IT Assessment

A mid-sized manufacturer had been struggling with its IT operation for many years. The leadership team decided to terminate the current CIO and have Patina develop an assessment of the IT team, processes and infrastructure.  Our Patina Professional was also helpful in interviewing and selecting the replacement CIO in addition to transferring knowledge to and preparing this person for the role.

System Implementation

Patina provided two IT directors to help a company meet a key deadline on a new system rollout covering nine locations in North America.  Our Patina Professionals reported to the client’s team leader, who was relieved to have two highly experienced practitioners who had been involved in several implementations over the years on his team.  We were flexible with our billable hours to match the ebbs and flows of the project — which other IT vendors were not willing or able to do.

Improve IT Responsiveness & Service
