Patina Solutions Expands Private Equity Practice – Joseph G. Solari III joins as Managing Director – Private Equity Solutions

Milwaukee, WI. January 2020 – Patina Solutions continues expanding its private equity practice with the addition of Joseph G. Solari III, Managing Director – Private Equity Solutions. With focus in the greater New York City area, Solari partners with clients to provide executive talent from Patina’s community of more than 25,000 professionals to help firms increase the return on their investments using human capital solutions. Patina is a national professional services firm offering experience-based consulting and interim leaders.

This includes private equity experienced executives and board members for interim and permanent roles, as well as industry experts and operating partners for due diligence expertise, key projects and strategic initiatives.

Solari offers Patina clients 20 years of private-equity and venture-capital experience, in which he created and lead investment initiatives and transactions in, and for, early-stage and middle-market private companies. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Greenwich Private Investments, a private investment firm focused on direct private capital investments. He serves on the Board of Directors of G*Ventures Management. Prior to joining Patina, he was a Managing Director and Partner at Saugatuck Capital, a lower middle-market private equity firm.

Solari is an experienced speaker on the success factors for family offices making private equity investments. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
