Executive Search Director – Boston

Our ability to work quickly and our obsession with positive outcomes has generated very strong client satisfaction and loyalty.  Based on ever-increasing requests from our clients to work on Executive level permanent searches and proven success providing a unique search alternative, we are continuing to invest in and grow our Executive Search practice and we are seeking an experienced Executive Search Director to join our team at our flagship office in Milwaukee.

 Your Background:

  • Minimum 10 years of full desk recruiting experience with a track record of success; minimum 5 years recruiting at an executive level (Director and above). Experience with retained or engaged search is recommended
  • Ability to develop and build long-term relationships with executive-level clients in the Greater Milwaukee market and beyond
  • Diverse industry experience is recommended
  • Experience developing local mid-market and/or national accounts
  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, confident, creative, self-starter, persistent, commission-oriented/money motivated, strong desire to succeed, hunter/farmer
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong core knowledge and skills within recruiting best-practices, including behavioral based interviewing techniques and skills evaluation
  • Demonstratable ability to manage complicated hiring situations
