BROOKFIELD, Wisc. (May 13, 2019)- Patina Solutions, a leading professional services firm offering experience-based consulting, has made changes to its executive management team. This includes the promotions of Jim Maslowski and Monte Weirman from Senior Managing Directors to Managing Partners. Patina Senior Vice President and Co-Founder Deborah Seeger is now Senior Vice President - Executive Search Solutions, as Patina expands its executive search offerings.
As one of Patina’s original employees, Maslowski will now lead the Wisconsin team as Seeger takes responsibility for executive search. Maslowski will continue to support clients as well as the Wisconsin sales and talent team, reporting to Bob Carlson, President and Chief Operating Officer.
Monte Weirman has been with Patina for more than five years and will provide additional leadership to the Chicago office as Managing Partner. He will report to Carlson as he takes on new responsibilities in the Chicago office while continuing to support clients.
As Patina further builds its executive search offerings, Seeger is key to the expansion and will lead Patina’s efforts. Patina will continue growing its executive search offerings with additional Executive Search Directors.
